As a classically trained chef, I’m passionate about how you can transform a meal with an incredible sauce.  I’ve always lived by the philosophy that the sauce makes the meal.

I’ve worked in a diverse range of kitchen around the world but it’s at home that I’m the happiest cooking and eating. Or eating at friends’ houses. It was during these meals with friends that I realized people don’t always have the time or know-how for fresh sauce making. And a jar or packet sauce often doesn’t deliver on taste. I would regularly end up in friends’ kitchen making a sauce. 

I realized there was very little choice if you wanted to buy a freshly prepared sauce.  So, I’ve taken everything I know and love about sauces and created a range of fresh finishing sauces.   Inspiring people to cook at home and giving them a little help along the way.
